Feel Like There’s Not Enough Time For Self Care?

Why You Should Make Time For Your Self Care Routine

How to Make Time For Your Self Care Routine

Audit your day.

Habit stack your self care activities.

  • Taking a walk during your weekly phone call with your mom.
  • Reading or journaling over breakfast and coffee.
  • Doing some light stretches while listening to your daily podcast.
  • Listening to a guided meditation right before plugging your phone in for the night.
  • Drinking a glass of water while you check your emails in the morning.

Wake up ten minutes earlier.

Outsource other tasks.

  • Urgent + important tasks need to get done by you, and they need to get done soon.
  • Urgent + unimportant tasks need to get done soon, but you could afford to automate or outsource them.
  • Nonurgent + important tasks need to get done by you, but could probably wait for a less-busy day.
  • Nonurgent +unimportant tasks can be eliminated from your to-do list altogether!

Try less conventional types of self care.
